    Join us for seated yoga every Monday from 11:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., a gentle way to stretch, relax, and improve flexibility.  After class, stay and enjoy a delicious meal and great conversation with friends.  If you are 65 or older, we invite you to come move, connect, and enjoy the afternoon with us!
